1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

What it includes....

  • Each training session will be 60 min in length, with a warm up and cool-down stretch

  • You will receive your own customized workout plan via app with a weekly check-in to track progress 

  • You will receive form feedback and helpful tips on how to better perform exercises. 

  • Give you a broader knowledge about training techniques, progressive overload, and corrective exercises.

  • A daily check-in via text message is recommended, but not required.

Single Session -
No Schedule Commitment

A 12-hour cancellation or reschedule policy is required for all sessions booked. Failure to cancel or reschedule will result in accounted session.

24-Pack of Sessions
(Expires in 3 Months from date of 1st booked session)

For best results, I recommend 1:1 training 3x per week for 8 weeks or 2x per week for 12 weeks.

Custom Workout Program with Monthly Check In

3-6 Custom strength workouts delivered monthly via app. Includes weekly check-in and monthly coaching call to review progress, questions and goals.
