WHAT IS HEALTH COACHING VS. PERSONAL TRAINING?
Health coaches focus on goal-setting and strategic planning. I create workout programs, nutrition plans, and accountability measures so that my clients achieve their health objectives.
As your health coach, I am your nutritionist, personal trainer, and accountability coach all-in-one.
As your personal trainer, I just workout with you 1:1 and teach you how to strength train effectively and safely to build muscle and prevent injury.
WHERE IS YOUR GYM LOCATED? AND DO YOU DO ONLINE TRAINING?
My private outdoor gym is located in Echo Park, Los Angeles.
YES, I offer online training for my long distance clients.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
This is the wrong question to ask! The right question is, how consistent do I need I need to be to see results? The good news is you don't need to be perfect or follow the plan to a T! Usually 80-95% adherence to plan is enough to see great results.
For best results, I recommend my 12 week Self Mastery Program which gives you all the training, coaching and education you need to succeed at your health goals.
For personal training, I recommend training with me 3x/week for a minimum of 8 weeks. But that greatly depends on your commitment level, time, and budget.
