Laura is Los Angeles-based personal trainer and health coach specializing in helping women build lean muscle, lose body fat, and develop a positive relationship with food and body image.

Laura is an ACE certified personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder. She focuses on helping people transform holistically from the inside out, incorporating healthy nutrition, mindfulness, and self development into her personal training programs.

Having nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry teaching at over a dozen gyms in LA, Laura is extremely knowledgeable on transforming the human body through a variety of training methods.
